How to arrive to Krakow
The most convenient way to reach Krakow is by flying
directly to John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice (KRK), which serves a wide range of international flights.
Once you arrive at the Krakow Airport, you’ll find it well-connected to the city, offering several convenient options to reach the hotel venue.
How to continue your trip from Krakow Airport to the venue:
Taxi
You can book a taxi through services like iTaxi Kraków or services like Uber and Bolt. Typical taxi ride costs around 20-24 euro (80–100 PLN) and takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the hotel.
Public transport
You can take bus line 208 or 252 from the airport to “Kraków Główny.” From there, transfer to tramlines (e.g., 8, 22, or 52) to reach your destination. The journey takes around 50 minutes, with a ticket costing 1,5 euro (6 PLN). Tickets can be purchased from vending machines at the airport, on the bus, or through mobile apps such as Jakdojade / Skycash.
What if you do not have a direct flight to Krakow:
Option 1 : Warsaw
Flights: from Warsaw to Krakow are operated mainly by LOT Polish Airlines and take about 50–60 minutes, making this the fastest option for travel between the two cities.
Car: the distance is approximately 290 kilometers, and the journey usually takes about 2,5-3 hours, depending on traffic. The most convenient route is via the A2 and A4 motorways.
WARSAW-KRAKOW
Train: The fastest and most efficient way is by train. Direct trains from Warszawa Centralna to Kraków Główny take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, with ticket prices ranging from 15 euro (60 PLN) to 35 euro (150 PLN).
Bus: Buses, such as those operated by FlixBus, offer a more economical option. The journey takes around 4 hours and 30 minutes, with ticket prices starting at 12 euro (50 PLN).
Option 2: Ostrava
Car: The distance is approximately 150 kilometers, and the journey usually takes around 2-2,5 hours depending on traffic. The most convenient route is via the A1 motorway in Poland and the D1 in the Czech Republic.
OSTRAVA-KRAKOW
Train: Direct trains from Ostrava to Krakow are available, with travel times of about 3 hours and 15 minutes. Ticket prices typically range from 15 euro (60 PLN) to 30 euro (120 PLN).

Bus: Buses, including FlixBus and regional operators, connect Katowice with Krakow. The trip takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, with ticket prices starting at 4 euro (15 PLN).
