Who we are?

Meet ALLinTOO Group

Connecting people is our passion. This is what we really love to do and this is we are truly good at. As we are based in the capital of Poland, we focus on bringing together foreign suppliers like DMC-s, incoming tour operators, tourism representatives, hotels, insurance, transportation and other tourism-related services from all over the world with outgoing (leisure and incentive) tour operators from Poland and from the rest of the V4 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary).

The name ALLinTOO comes from the abbreviation of two companies: ALL Events & PR (the event-organizing brand of the well-known Polish travel magazine, titled ALL Inclusive) and TOO (the biggest tourism organization in Poland, called Tourism Open Organization). With this united power we are able to carry out each single event on the highest level, maximally tailored to the needs of our partners.

As opposed to other events, ALLinTOO is organized each time in another big Polish city, just like Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow, Lodz, etc. Our buses bring the registered tour operators from all over Poland. Our workshops last for 2 days with B2B sections, a nice evening program and a post-event trip, where Suppliers and Buyers can spend their time together. We strongly believe, that friendly atmosphere and personal relations help a lot to achieve success in business.

All Events & PR  is the event-organizing brand of All Inclusive Travel Magazine , which has been on the market for almost two decades. Specialized in B2B events we organize and co-organize various types of international meetings of the tourism industry "in real " and also online, including workshops, conferences, business breakfasts, webinars, fairs and road-shows.

Tourism Open Organization was established in 2020. The aim of the association is to support all tourism business sectors. At present, they have 1500 members, who operate on tourist markets around the world. Thanks to the association, they have a real impact on the management of tourism in Poland, access to the latest information and the creation of a tourist reality. The most important thing in their work is business support, good networking and understanding
