About Us

ALLinTOO is an international tourism B2B workshop in the LEISURE and MICE segments,
organized in Poland twice a year. Being a uniquely efficient platform for networking,
it is aimed at building new and maintaining current business partnerships.

# WHAT WE DO?

We focus on bringing together foreign tourism suppliers (DMCs, hotels, tourism boards, tourist attractions, insurance, transportation and other tourism-related services) from all over the world with leisure and MICE tour operators from Poland and from the rest of the V4 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary). The workshop is organized twice a year (spring and autumn edition) and we have about 50 Suppliers and 100+ Buyers on each event.

# WHAT WE DO?

​The name ALLinTOO comes from the abbreviation of two companies: All Events & PR  (the event-organizing brand of the well-known Polish travel magazine, titled Magazine ALL Inclusive) and Tourism Open Organization  (TOO), which is the association of Polish tour operators. With this united power we are able to carry out every event on the highest level, tailored to the needs of our clients.

Shortly before the event we will give access to both Suppliers and Buyers to the application system, where not only the schedule of the pre-booked meetings is available for both parties, but also the list of all registered participants (Buyers and Suppliers) of the given workshop. Thanks to this database everybody will have the possibility to get in contact later on with those, who they hadn’t have the opportunity to speak with during the event.

Each workshop lasts for 2 days. On the first day there are 2 x 4 hours of B2B sections with a lunch, dinner and entertaining evening program, while on the second day we invite all participants to a post-event trip, where Suppliers and Buyers can spend their free time together. We strongly believe, that friendly atmosphere and personal relations help a lot to achieve success in business.
