Engage with 100+ enthusiastic Buyers from all over Poland and from the rest of the V4 region. We have nearly 2.000 tour operators in our database which we keep updated all the time. We send the invitation to all of them, but we accept only those who pre-book meetings upon registration.

Your time is precious to us

No agents are allowed to participate. Our Buyers are exclusively tour operators, who are looking for co-operating partners all over the world. They collect information about Suppliers well before they register, and submit their application only if they are really interested in the given Suppliers.

Dedicated matchmaking APP  

Thanks to the ALLinTOO application Buyers can easily pre book meetings with Suppliers. If you are registered as a Supplier, we provide you with an access to the application, where you will find your schedule of meetings. Also, we provide you the database of all registered Buyers with their data for later contact.

Variety is the spice of life!

We organize each edition in another big Polish city, like Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Katowice, Łodź, etc. And thus, each time you participate, you meet different Buyers. We are like the fisherman, who is throwing out his net in different places in order to catch the best fish out of the lake.

We aim to be your V4 HUB

We are not relying only on local tour operators. At each edition we operate a shuttle service from big Polish cities to bring Buyers to the venue. Besides, we also invite tour operators from the rest of the V4 countries: the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

We strongly believe, that personal relations help a lot to achieve success in business. Stay with us on the informal parts of the program as well, where Suppliers and Buyers have fun together and get to know their business partners from a completely different side!

Save on your room

The price of your flight and your accommodation is not included in the registration fee. You are free to choose your hotel according to your needs and possibilities. But if you decide to book your room at the venue hotel, you can count on a discount from the actual room prices. We will send you the code upon request.

No second delegate is accepted. Suppliers sharing a table will appear in the registration system as one Exhibitor to avoid “double meetings”.

2.500 euro

Contains: registration fee for 2 delegates, a desk with info card and a spacious wall surface behind, WIFI, access to the application system, coffee breaks, 2 x lunch, 1 x dinner, evening party with wine tasting, post-event tour, promotion on all online platforms, special promotion on social media before the event, flyer into the goodie bag for Buyers.
